$48k+/yr in commissions kept

Quick answer

Zayos is commission-free online ordering for independent restaurants. Diners order on the restaurant's own branded site. The operator keeps 100% of food revenue; a small flat service fee ($0.99 pickup, $2.99 delivery) is paid by the diner. Orders route into the same kitchen tablet the restaurant already uses for DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub via Otter. Live at Naya Grill, Pompano Beach and West Palm Beach.

What you get

More traffic. More direct sales. More repeat customers.

More direct orders

A branded ordering site on your own domain, plus SEO pages built to put you in front of diners searching for your food.

Zero commission

You keep 100% of food revenue and tips. The diner pays a flat $0.99 pickup or $2.99 delivery fee, never you.

More repeat customers

Every direct order builds your customer book. Loyalty and campaigns bring diners back without an app in the middle.

One tablet, every channel

Direct, DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub land in one ticket flow via Otter. No new hardware, no new routine.

How it works

Live in under 2 weeks. Three steps.

1
We build your ordering site

Your restaurant’s name, your look, your menu. Not a template. Send us a photo or a PDF of your menu, or point us at your Otter account, and we build it from that. Ready in under 2 weeks, with your first direct order usually inside the first week, and no tech work on your side.

2
Orders hit the tablet you already use

Every order flows into the same kitchen tablet you run for DoorDash and Uber Eats, through Otter. No new hardware, no new routine for your staff.

3
You keep the money and the customer

No commission on orders. You keep 100% of the food revenue, and every customer is yours to bring back, not the app’s.

Pricing

Flat monthly. The diner pays the service fee.

Operator $499 · Operator + Marketplace $599 · Concierge $699 per month, per location. No setup fee. Month to month, cancel any time. A small flat service fee is paid by the diner ($0.99 pickup, $2.99 delivery, 10% on catering), never the restaurant.

Compare

Doing the math against the apps?

Delivery marketplaces charge restaurants 15% to 30% per order. For example, at $20k a month of app volume, that rate range works out to $3k to $6k gone before food cost. Put your own numbers in and see them side by side.

Straight answers.

Do I have to drop DoorDash and Uber Eats?
No. You keep them for discovery. Zayos adds a commission-free direct channel and ingests marketplace orders into the same kitchen tablet via Otter. You decide how much volume to move to direct over time.
What does it cost the restaurant per order?
Nothing on the food. A small flat service fee is paid by the diner at checkout: $0.99 on pickup, $2.99 on delivery, nothing on dine-in (catering orders carry a 10% service fee instead), and never by the restaurant. You keep 100% of food revenue and 100% of tips.
Will my kitchen need to learn a new system?
No new workflow. Orders from every channel land on one tablet in one ticket flow: accept, preparing, ready, handed off. Most lines are fluent in about ten minutes.
How long until I am taking direct orders?
Most operators take their first direct order within a week, and have full marketplace ingestion live in under two weeks. We build it with you.
What if it does not work for my restaurant?
Every Zayos plan is month to month, with no setup fee and no contract, so you can cancel any time. If you leave, you keep your domain, your customer list, and your full order history, all exportable whenever you want. We never hold your data.
Is it spelled Zay-OS, Zayos, or Zay OS?
All three refer to the same product. Zayos, also written Zay-OS, ZayOS, or Zay OS, is the restaurant operating system and commission-free online ordering platform by Zay Revenue Group in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The official site is zay-os.com either way. In Arabic it is written زايوس or زاي او اس.

A note from the founder
A
Abdallah Alyousef
Founder · Fort Lauderdale, FL

I built Zayos alongside working operators like Naya Grill, not in a pitch deck. Three things I believe:

  • 1

Your direct channel should cost you nothing per order. The marketplaces are for discovery, not for your regulars.

  • 2

The restaurant should own the customer. Every name, number, and order history belongs to you, not the app.

  • 3

The kitchen should never have to learn a new system. New revenue has to land in the ticket flow your line already runs.

Hi, I'm the Zay-OS assistant. Ask about pricing, the kitchen tablet, how Otter ingestion works, what you'd save vs DoorDash + Uber Eats, or when you can be live. Try: "What does Zay-OS cost for a 2 location restaurant?"
